1, Core Automotive Coatings Product Line

Primer series

Function: Enhance coating adhesion, rust and corrosion prevention, fill subtle defects, and provide a solid foundation for subsequent paint layers.

Types: Epoxy primer (high anti-corrosion), phosphating primer (metal substrate specific), intermediate primer (smooth transition).

Color paint series

  • Solid color paint: Classic solid color (black/white/red, etc.), high color saturation, suitable for regular car repair.
  • Metallic paint: containing aluminum powder particles, the paint surface presents a metallic shiny texture, enhancing the three-dimensional luster of the car body.
  • Pearl paint: infused with mica/pearl powder, reflecting a unique pearl effect (such as X-01 crystal white pearls), with rich layers.
  • Special effects paint: matte/chameleon/fluorescent and other special effects to meet personalized modification needs.

Clear varnish series

ReTreatment After spray, allow 10-20 minutesair-drying time,then spray clear coat at once.
Spray Gun Set Up Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 3-5kg/cm 2
Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 3-5kg/cm 2
Spray Technology Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 15-20um.
Flash-Off Time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats, it depends on temperature and paint film.
